Very cool! I've been working on some ideas that are in a similar vein (being more accepting of our own work). It can be really difficult to get to that point with all the self imposed pressure to be one thing or another... but I think it really opens doors creatively once we can get there.

Side note, I do risograph printing here in Phoenix, AZ... just FYI for any southwestern artists looking for riso options.

Oh that's awesome!! I'm trying to build a Crowd-Sourced Zine Resource for instructional guides, materials, and a Phone Tree of zinesters, artists, and printers. Would you want to be involved in something like that??

Love your journey towards zines, they really are accessible vessels for anything you throw at them! I also make messy zines, it's the best way to approach them in my mind- a part of their charm!

We also make zines! And even just released our latest as an e-zine to make it even more accessible. All the ways to find it and our work at stupidco.biz keep making stuff!
